Our lifting program makes accommodations for youngsters who are novice and inexperienced in strength training. Youngsters who are in the early throes and spurts of physical development ,as well as psychological challenges, will do well in our modified program as the training is commensurate with early adolescence. Our program recognizes and modifies training protocol and strategies into the whole child, as to nurture physical and psychological development. In this way we empower our very young members with a strong physical initiative and a powerful sense of positive self-esteem.
